Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a strategic HR transformation initiative leveraging ServiceNow HRSD. This role will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical specifications, designing workflows, and supporting integration efforts across platforms like Workday, E*TRADE, and Fidelity. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. W2

Responsibilities:

• Lead the translation of functional HR requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Design and build complex ServiceNow HRSD workflows, including permissions and role-based access.
• Document integration requirements and data flows across systems (e.g., Workday, benefits platforms).
• Collaborate with implementation specialists (e.g., Rajesh and Sylesh) to hand off configuration-ready documentation.
• Drive and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development and execution tracking.
• Partner with the Product Manager to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
• Map end-to-end data flows and system interactions across HR platforms.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a BSA, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration.
• Proven experience in workflow design and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with UAT planning and execution.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
