As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers' needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, creating genuine connections with customers, driving rewards program enrollment, supporting product replenishment activities, assisting with floorset execution, and maintaining safety standards. Qualifications include thriving in a customer-first based retail environment, demonstrated sales and customer experience results, effective communication skills, and the ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
