My client is looking for a Product Engineer. You will manage projects from initial customer quotation through production and sale. You will play a key role in introducing new work, driving continuous improvement, and applying advanced technical expertise to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. This role requires strong knowledge of metallurgy, manufacturing processes, and engineering principles, with a focus on developing efficient processes for superalloy investment castings that meet stringent aerospace and other high-specification customer requirements. You will be a proactive, results-driven engineer who can analyze complex data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement actions that enhance manufacturing efficiency—while never compromising on safety or quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage engineering projects from quote through production and sales support
• Lead the introduction of new products and processes
• Apply metallurgical, process, and manufacturing expertise to define optimal casting methods
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
• Ensure customer deliverables are met on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards
• Interpret complex engineering drawings to support fabrication using exotic metals
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to exceed expectations

Key Qualifications:

• Degreed Metallurgical or Mechanical engineer.
• 3-8 years of manufacturing experience preferably foundry
• Experience in Customer interaction & Design experience
• Aerospace experience big+
