Hourly rate: $18.00-$18.50 per hour. Full Time position available. Key responsibilities include:
Customer Service:
Maintain a functional, staffed customer service area.
Provide reception coverage and manage client interactions, including handling difficult customers.
Mailroom & Office Support:
Perform all mailroom functions (sorting, distributing, and handling mail) and assist with office services like copy requests and work tickets, especially during breaks or coverage.
Equipment & Facility Management:
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of office equipment, report issues, and oversee general kitchen/pantry appliance upkeep.
Coordinate repairs for plumbing, refrigeration, or other facility needs.
Backup & Flexibility:
Act as a backup for all staff functions and different locations, adapting to changes in duties and coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
1 to 2 years experience with customer service.
1 to 2 years experience in the corporate environment.
1 to 2 years experience in building services.
Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
