  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including OneDrive, for file management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR platforms or systems is preferred.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and employees.
