HR Recruiter Position

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our client's team in West Hartford, Connecticut. As part of the Financial Services industry, you will play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities:

• Source candidates with relevant experience through various platforms and strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidate suitability and alignment with job requirements.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial intake interviews to offer acceptance.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to maintain organized records and streamline recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Handle high-volume recruiting efforts to fill financial representative roles efficiently.
• Facilitate college and corporate recruiting initiatives to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
• Ensure clear and attentive communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, including internet recruiting and career platforms.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting intake interviews and managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with college recruiting and corporate recruitment strategies.
