OCI's Identity and Access Management organization offers exciting opportunities for you! Our engineering team is looking for a Software Development Director to help us enhance and build new capabilities in our Identity services to support OCI and our customers. As a Director in the OCI Identity and Access Management organization, you will build and manage a software development org, drive key initiatives, and roadmaps, while delivering critical projects with short, medium, and long-term objectives. You will influence executives and technical leaders, work across organizational boundaries, align teams on meaningful goals. You will demonstrate leadership, communication, and people management skills, and deep understanding of product development. You will manage teams consisting of software engineers of all levels and software development managers responsible for software architecture and development for major components of access data plane services. You should be comfortable with managing and providing technical leadership to develop software across the access plane services. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn. This role will closely work with product management to define product strategy to build scalable and reliable solutions that our customers rely on for their mission critical production workloads.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $122,500 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
