We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to design and implement customer journeys through Salesforce platforms, including Pardot and Sales Cloud. This role involves creating seamless marketing automation workflows, optimizing engagement strategies, and ensuring alignment across marketing and sales initiatives. This is a long-term contract position based in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement customer journey strategies that align with business goals and campaign objectives.
• Design and execute marketing automation workflows, engagement programs, and lead nurturing processes using Salesforce Pardot.
• Optimize Sales Cloud configurations, including lead routing, opportunity management, and reporting functionalities.
• Establish best practices for data management, segmentation, and attribution to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation processes with sales and operational goals.
• Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, guiding teams on platform capabilities and providing training as needed.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and refine customer journeys based on performance data and user feedback.
• Lead workshops and strategy sessions to communicate roadmaps, campaign outcomes, and system enhancements.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and foster a collaborative, test-and-learn approach to marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Strong expertise in marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and CRM workflows.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and effectively communicate with executive stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and executing customer journey mapping and campaign strategies.
• Proficiency in performance analytics, including dashboards, reporting, and attribution modeling.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Pardot Specialist or Sales Cloud Consultant, are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Marketing Cloud.
• A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
