Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of CyberArk across development, test, and production environments. Manage roles, safes, and access policies to safeguard privileged accounts. Support software updates, patching of vault appliances, and adherence to change management processes. Contribute to reporting on PAM performance, security posture, and DHS CISA-aligned metrics. Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and support on-call troubleshooting and remediation. Participate in annual disaster recovery testing and document recovery and contingency plans. Collaborate with stakeholders and integrators to ensure operational excellence and compliance. Conduct proofs of concept, pilots, and demos; produce analysis and recommendations on solution alternatives.
Minimum of 8 years providing business solutions engineering support including architecture, design, POCs, pilots, analysis, results, and documentation. Experience mapping functional requirements to technology solutions and evaluating alternatives with quantitative analysis. CyberArk Sentry certification with demonstrated expertise managing privileged accounts. At least 1 year designing and implementing CyberArk lifecycle management processes at enterprise scale. 3 years of server administration with Windows Server 2019 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8. Experience producing written research, evaluation criteria, and recommendation papers. Proficiency integrating CyberArk with SailPoint (preferred). Extensive Active Directory experience including account management, Group Policy, AD Schema, PKI, and PowerShell automation (preferred). Competence with SQL Server 2019 administration, maintenance, performance, and data modeling including ERDs (preferred).
