Raytheon Technologies Cloud Network Engineer

Raytheon Technologies (RTX) is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Cloud Network Engineer to design, automate, and secure cloud-based network infrastructure across multi-region and hybrid environments. This role focuses on building scalable, resilient architectures while enforcing governance, compliance, and security standards.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or
• An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or
• In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud, including networking services (e.g., VPC, VPN, Load Balancer, Direct Connect)
• Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Experience with firewall configuration, security groups, and access control policies in cloud environments
• Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
