We're seeking experienced and motivated B2B Sales Agents to join our onsite team in Barranquilla!
What we offer:
Base salary: 3,000,000 COP + commissions
Schedule: 42 hours per week – weekends off
Location: Onsite, Barranquilla
Requirements:
English level: C1 (advanced – mandatory)
Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and outbound calling
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
