The Customer Service Representative handles questions, comments, and complaints regarding the hospital's services. Under close supervision, this job is the first line of support to resolve routine patient issues as well as provides a positive patient experience. The schedule for this position is 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
1 years of customer service experience.
Licensure/certification/registry/listing:
Required: CPI (de-escalation) and Basic Life Support (BLS) (CPR) - American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider within the first year of employment.
