A successful member of the Learning Request Management team is responsible for:
Performs tasks based on established procedures. Uses data organizing and coordination skills to perform business support or technical work. Exhibits strong customer service skills. Works within established procedures and practices. Provides insight when confronted with new tasks and client requests. Acts as a resource for colleagues. Demonstrates ability to work independently and to escalate issues as appropriate. Understands team dynamics and how to contribute to team success. Exhibits strong attention to detail, focused on accuracy. Able to communicate fluently in English (both written and verbal). Able to work from Monday to Friday on nightshift mode as supporting U.S. hour in Malaysia. Remote work basis.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Tools.
