We are looking for you as a Sales Coach (m/w/d) with a passion for digital collaboration. In this role, you will bring our sales teams in the telecommunications sector to the next level – completely remote from your home in Greece.

What you should bring:

• Experience in sales – ideally in the inbound call center.
• Coaching know-how & the ability to motivate people via digital channels.
• Strong communication skills & empathy in virtual exchange.
• Analytical thinking & confident handling of KPIs and CRM systems.
• High self-initiative and the discipline for structured work in the home office.
• Negotiation-safe German in speech and writing (native level).
• Technaffinity: A confident handling of online collaboration tools is a matter of course for you.
