Job Track Description
- Should be a Technical Graduate (B.E/B-tech/MCA/M-Tech or any other graduation with working exp in IT field)
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in production control or application support role
- Working knowledge on web technologies (IIS/.NET), databases (MS-SQL).
- Good Communication & team player.
- Knowledge on SQL queries & SNOW ticketing tool
- Trouble shooting windows application issues & Handling the Online calls (Bridges) for solving the issues Live.
- Ready to work in rotational shifts including night shift.
- Should be ready to work in hybrid model (weekly 3 days in office)
