The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving the day-to-day performance of IT systems and services. This role ensures stability, availability, and security of applications, servers, networks, and infrastructure to support business operations. The analyst also investigates issues, coordinates with internal teams and vendors, and contributes to process improvements and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Issue troubleshooting, incident management, coordinate patching activities for Linux and Windows, configuration consulting, system installation and configuration, system monitoring, on call support, job scheduling, log reviewing, move-it management, certificate management, service account management, system scripting (BASH), space monitoring and cleanup, research support, service management, starting/stopping services, monitoring services, service configuration, ticket management, taking DevOps tickets and making Service-Now tickets, tracking and monitoring tickets, aging and closure.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $51,975 - $67,500.
