• Review client plan documents and convert requirements into clear communication specs (BRDs).
• Create and update participant communications for US benefits plans.
• Develop content for print, email, and web communications (automated and personalized).
• Ensure communications follow style and quality standards.
• Work closely with programmers, testers, and SMEs to review outputs and fix issues.
• Support production activities and assist with updates and defect resolution.
• Partner with client teams and internal stakeholders as needed.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable working with technical teams and client-facing teams.
• Experience with TFS or similar tools.
