- The Technical Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing a designated client portfolio
- The role involves reviewing the impact of new features and fixes and assessing them against customer organizational needs
- The TAM will assist in configuring Varicent specific solutions based on customer requirements as requested
- Generating and communicating monthly performance and support metric reports is a key responsibility
- The successful candidate will analyze usage data and metrics to identify remedial actions required and help implement them for proactive maintenance

- At least 3 years of experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation is required
- Strong technical data skills including experience with SQL, data manipulation, and Microsoft Excel are essential
- Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs at every stage of the software lifecycle is crucial
- Initiative and ability to work with minor oversight is important for success in this role
- Experience in gathering and interpreting requirements and matching those with product capabilities is necessary
