✨ About The Role
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management in Salesforce, including setup, roles, permissions, and sharing rules
- Implement and manage Salesforce configuration changes, such as Flow, approval processes, and dashboards
- Demonstrate understanding of basic triggers and Apex code, manage sandbox environments efficiently, and conduct data management activities
- Upgrade and configure Salesforce systems, perform proactive system maintenance, and develop technical documentation
- Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers, support internal initiatives, and focus on automating business users' tasks
âš¡ Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce Administration
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder
- Proven ability to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and align setups with business objectives
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders, translate technical information, and manage Salesforce projects effectively
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working autonomously or collaboratively on time-sensitive tasks
