✨ About The Role
- Drive and execute partner marketing programs to shape the category narrative around "Rethinking SPM"
- Develop tailored marketing strategies for each partner, aligning with both Varicent’s and the partners' business objectives
- Manage co-marketing initiatives such as white papers, webinars, case studies, and events
- Strengthen partner relationships by acting as the primary marketing contact, understanding partner needs, and facilitating access to marketing development funds
- Drive lead generation and contribute to the sales pipeline by leveraging partnerships and coordinating with sales and partner teams
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with a significant focus on B2B marketing
- At least 5 years specifically in partner marketing with global systems integrators and consultancies
- Solid understanding of the enterprise software landscape, ideally Sales Performance Management (SPM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Experience in developing and executing marketing programs and strategies with global systems integrators, business partners, and influencers
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and engagingly
