We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Windows Client Customer Service Representative to provide technical support and assistance for users of Windows 10 and earlier versions. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot system issues, guide customers through solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat for Windows 10, Windows 8, and earlier versions.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues related to Windows clients.
  • Assist users with system settings, updates, drivers, and performance optimization.
  • Guide customers through basic installations, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Stay updated on common Windows-related bugs, patches, and security updates.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining professionalism, patience, and clarity in communication.

Requirements:

  • MUST have 5-10 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 8, and legacy Windows systems (Windows 7, XP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with system settings, command-line tools, troubleshooting techniques, and common issues.
  • Knowledge of endpoint security solutions (e.g., BitLocker, Defender, Microsoft Endpoint Manager).
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware) is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of networking, drivers, and peripheral device management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and patience.
