Customer Service Representative For Electrolux

In the role of customer service representative at Concentrix, you will receive incoming calls from Electrolux Norwegian customers. You will handle calls regarding invoices, questions, and simpler troubleshooting where your role is to help customers based on their needs. To fit the role, it is very advantageous to be comfortable with calls in Norwegian, but you do not need to speak the language, Swedish is fine. In addition to a pleasant atmosphere and great colleagues, we offer a fresh office in Solna Strand with a view of the water! Moreover, we offer comfortable working hours, Monday to Friday 08:15-17:00.

As a customer service representative for Electrolux, you will:

• Support within general customer service in home products and appliances.
• Help customers with technical support, troubleshooting, and product information.
• Exclusively support Norwegian customers.
• Have the opportunity for a performance-based bonus.
• Receive paid training to get the right prerequisites for the job!

Concentrix and you are a good match if you:

• Have good computer habits
• Have approved grades in Swedish A/1 and English A/5
• Have a good attitude towards learning and developing as a person
• Have a sense of what good customer service is and a willingness to practice it.
• Merit if you also have knowledge in Norwegian
