Support customers via phone or email.

You live within a one-hour commute from our office in Fredrikstad.

You have the ability to work shifts, evenings, and some weekends within the opening hours of 08.00 – 20.00 on weekdays (10.00 – 18.00 on Saturdays).

You are effective and always act professionally.

You exude joy and credibility over the phone in stressful situations.

You are independent, proactive, and take responsibility.

You have a basic technical understanding and a curiosity that motivates you to learn and develop within customer service.

You are service-oriented and can turn negative dialogues into positive ones.

You speak and write Norwegian.

You can make yourself understood in English, both verbally and in writing.

As a customer service representative in our Fredrikstad office with Concentrix, you will provide first-class customer service and help customers with everything from technical challenges to invoice inquiries.
