Support customers via phone or email.

Identify potential problems that the customer experiences.

You will be an excellent match if:

You live within a one-hour commute from our office in Fredrikstad.

You have the ability to work shifts, evenings, and some weekends within the opening hours of 08.00 – 20.00 on weekdays (10.00 – 18.00 on Saturdays).

You are effective and always act professionally.

You exude joy and credibility over the phone in stressful situations.

You are independent, proactive, and take responsibility.

You have a basic technical understanding and a curiosity that motivates you to learn and develop within customer service.

You are service-oriented and can turn negative dialogues into positive ones.

You speak and write Norwegian.

You can make yourself understood in English, both verbally and in writing.

As a customer service representative in our Fredrikstad office with Concentrix, you will provide first-class customer service and help customers with everything from technical challenges to invoice inquiries. You will also work on achieving goals that include processing time, customer satisfaction, and quality. As a work tool, you will use both phone and email, where you will eventually have the opportunity to work in different departments with varied tasks, such as social media, chat, and back office.
