A day in your life will be simple yet varied: Chats in real time, incoming calls, emails, and social media.

You are the person who: helps players navigate the platform, supports them with technical issues, explains how deposits, transactions, and everything important about accounts work, and restores good mood when something doesn't work.

Your main missions (a.k.a. how you will shine): Be a trusted partner for our players, solve cases quickly, calmly, and professionally, communicate clearly, friendly, and understandably, work with care – our goal is for the customer to be satisfied, share ideas – we love people who want to improve processes.

What we expect from you: Excellent Bulgarian, good level English, interest in sports (no need to know all players), computer literacy, quick thinking skills and good mood, team spirit, secondary education (or more), customer service experience – bonus superpower, readiness to work shifts (24/7 schedule).
