The Operations Support Manager is responsible for supporting and optimizing daily operations to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity. This role flexibly addresses cross-functional challenges as they ariseāsuch as workflow coordination, process improvement, compliance support, and staff assistanceācontributing to improved operational quality. Additionally, the role supports company-wide operational optimization and assists the Business Unit Head (Site Lead) in strategic tasks and planning. By monitoring workforce trends, driving initiatives to boost revenue, and supporting external visitor engagements, the manager plays a key role in sustaining organizational growth and stability.
1. Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Coordination
Analyze and improve operational workflows, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
2. Workforce Analysis & Workplace Support
Monitor and analyze workforce trends, support team operations, and contribute to creating a comfortable and productive work environment.
3. Business Support, Administrative Operations & Communication Facilitation
Support business unit leadership with reporting, meeting preparation, and hosting of overseas visitors. Handle administrative tasks such as invoice processing and overtime tracking, and facilitate communication for employees with overseas managers.
