Senior Service Delivery Manager

Due to some exciting changes in our business, we are currently recruiting a Senior Service Delivery Manager to take our people, client, and business to the next level. Ideally, you will have extensive experience in leading large and diverse teams and extended organizations. This role requires strong contact centre delivery expertise at a senior level, exceptional people leadership, and senior level stakeholder engagement skills. Based in Brisbane leading a multi-site account, this role calls for exceptional resilience and a calm approach in the face of change. You'll thrive in an environment where no two days are the same, juggling customer expectations and internal business demands. Key responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for delivery of contact centre services, leading large groups of people across multiple locations in Australia
  • Client relationship management- you will be responsible for the operational relationship and optimisation, governance, and compliance in a highly regulated industry
  • Driving strategic projects for clients, as well as driving contact centre innovation within our organisation
  • Financial accountability for your portfolio
  • Develop a thorough understanding of client short-term and long-term strategic requirements through discussions with existing and prospective client executive management

Who are we looking for to join our team? We are looking for a great cultural fit – so the energy and attitude you bring to this is just as important as your previous experience. You will:

  • Have 3 – 5 years experience at a Senior level, ideally within the contact centre or outsourcing environment
  • Be a strong people leader
  • Have extensive operational expertise
  • Have the ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and manage rapid changes
  • Have strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Demonstrate the ability to prepare and effectively present information to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excel at building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships
