Senior Lead Engineer
This Position will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting complex hardware, software, applications and cloud issues. And ensuring the smooth functioning of IT Infrastructure and Azure Cloud including Contact Center applications.
This role involves advanced technical support and system-level responsibilities. Handling installations, configurations, maintenance, security, and support of Physical, Virtual and Cloud-based Servers & Applications. Also mentoring and training team members on Azure.
- Advanced experience and detailed knowledge of multiple Cloud infrastructures - AWS, Avaya, Azure, Genesys, NiCE, Google Cloud etc.
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems. Solid understanding of Cloud related business operations and industry
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, maintain, and secure physical, virtual, and cloud servers & applications.
- Manage Contact Center applications, ensuring uptime, availability, and optimal performance.
- Monitor system performance, network health, and proactively identify issues to prevent downtime.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, standards, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
- Document technical processes, solutions, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers and team members.
- Participate in audits, compliance checks, and reporting as required.
