We are seeking high-performing Senior React.js Engineers to join elite UI development team. He/She will be responsible for building modern, responsive, and scalable front-end applications in a microservices-based architecture using React.js. He/She will collaborate closely with UI/UX teams that provide wireframes and prototypes and must deliver high-quality implementations under aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product owners to translate wireframes and business requirements into functional React components.
• Build responsive, cross-browser-compatible, and high-performance web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop and maintain modular, reusable components in line with scalable frontend architecture.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs in a microservices environment.
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in peer code reviews, design discussions, and architecture planning.
• Ensure code quality through unit tests, integration tests, and automated pipelines.
• Work in a containerized environment using Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 8+ years in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of React.js, React Hooks, Redux (or similar state management), and component-based architecture.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working in Microservices-based backends.
• Good understanding of containerization (Docker) and experience with Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience working with tools like Webpack, Babel, ESLint, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with TypeScript is a strong plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Spring Boot, or similar (for integration purposes).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
