• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce testing experience

• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud testing

• Proven experience with Case Management testing and workflows

• Proficiency with QTest tool for test management

• Experience in Customization testing (Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows)

• Familiarity with Vlocity (now Salesforce Industries) testing

• Ability to convert business requirements into technical test artifacts without significant guidance

• Flexible and adaptable mindset to navigate complex and evolving project situations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Schedule

• Flexibility to maintain overlapping work hours with US time zones for client collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant)

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Hands-on in TOSCA automation testing

• Understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration testing

• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
