Role Summary: Lead development of Sales Cloud features including Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, and integrations. Requires 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience, with strong Apex, LWC, CI/CD, and Source Control tools.

  • Certification: Sales Cloud, Agentforce Specialist Must

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, JavaScript, Flows, Approval Processes, Apex, assignment/escalation rules and other Salesforce automation features.
  • Work with Product owners and business analysts to analyze the requirements, design and develop the solution.
  • Prepare technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
  • Contribute to conducting code reviews to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible.
  • Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
