In this position as Romanian Online Marketing Sales Agent (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for various customer enquiries, whether by phone, email or chat. With the following conditions:

What You Will Do In This Role

As a Sales Agent (m/f/d) in our Romanian Social Media Sales Team you will:

• Contact existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) via telephone, chat and email.
• Identify sales opportunities and provide your businesses-contacts with the best solution for their business goals.
• Analyze marketing campaigns on behalf of your customers.
• Carry out digital campaigns on behalf of your client and monitor success.
• Identify campaign trends and act early on challenging developments in your customer campaigns
• Sustainably improve the customer experience by promoting optimal and appropriate product use

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluently in word and speech in Romanian (minimum C1) and have very good command of English (at least B2 level)
• Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales – you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills
• Would like to become an expert on all Social Media Account Advertising solutions.
• Own strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Can guarantee a full-time valid working visa for Germany - no student visa accepted

Ideally you already have:

• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing
• Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking and "go the extra mile" attitude
