QA Test Engineer

The QA Test Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing. This role plays a critical part in the software development lifecycle by validating functionality against business requirements, identifying defects, and driving continuous improvement in testing efficiency. The QA Test Engineer will collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Implementation Teams to design test plans, execute automated test scripts, and maintain testing frameworks that support rapid and high-quality software delivery.

Software Testing

• Perform regular assessments of software quality through manual and automated testing to verify functionality, performance, and compliance with client specifications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing protocols covering usability, database impact, regression, performance, and system integration testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Developers) to design and prepare test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure readiness for release or deployment.
• Identify, document, and analyze software defects, bugs, and functionality issues, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with Configuration and Development Teams.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test scripts to improve test coverage, speed, and reliability.
• Conduct post-release and regression testing to confirm product stability and functionality after updates or enhancements.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to Developers regarding defects, optimization opportunities, and user experience improvements.
• Work with Product, Development, and Implementation Teams to maintain quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate operational data and perform data validation to ensure integrity across modules and systems.
