Customer Service Advisor For Kaizen Gaming

We are looking for dedicated customer service advisors for our team in Copenhagen. Concentrix is a global business outsourcing company, which means we help other companies with their customer service, finance, and other business processes. What does the job entail? As our customer service advisor for Kaizen Gaming, your primary duties will be to:

  • Answer questions, handle complaints and comments via email and chat
  • Ensure quick and effective help for all customer inquiries
  • Treat customers with respect and follow the company's procedures and policies to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with other departments and follow up on ongoing cases related to customers' requests

We are a good match if you:

  • Have excellent communication skills and are a good listener who takes time to understand and respond appropriately
  • Are service-oriented and passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Have a technical mindset and basic computer skills
  • Speak and write both Danish and English
  • Can work full-time with varying work hours between Monday-Sunday, 24/7
  • Have previous experience in customer service
