Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor for Kaizen Gaming in Copenhagen!

We are looking for dedicated customer service advisors to join our team in Copenhagen. In the role of a customer service representative at Concentrix, you will receive incoming inquiries via email, comments, and chat from customers who need support.

As our customer service advisor for Kaizen Gaming, your primary tasks will be to:

  • Answer questions, handle complaints and comments via email and chat
  • Ensure quick and effective help for all customer inquiries
  • Treat customers with respect and follow the company's procedures and policies to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with other departments and follow up on ongoing matters related to customer requests

We are a good match if you:

  • Have excellent communication skills and are a good listener who takes the time to understand and respond appropriately
  • Are service-oriented and passionate about providing great customer service
  • Have a technical mindset and basic computer skills
  • Speak and write both Danish and English
  • Can work full-time with varying schedules between Monday-Sunday, 24/7
  • Have previous experience with customer service
