Join Our Customer Service Team!

We are looking for new colleagues to join our customer service team!

As a customer service representative with us at Concentrix, you will receive incoming calls from customers of one of the largest electronics companies in the Nordic region. You will handle calls regarding invoices, questions, and simpler troubleshooting, where your task is to help customers based on their needs. It is a big advantage if you have previous experience in service. In addition to a good atmosphere and great colleagues, we also offer a modern and inviting office in Copenhagen.

As a customer service representative, you will become an important part of our team and will:

  • Provide fantastic support to our customers – primarily in Danish
  • Answer inquiries via phone and/or email
  • Help with questions about products, delivery, and invoices
  • Create a positive experience in every customer contact

We are looking for you, who:

  • Speaks and understands Danish and English
  • Has a positive approach and a desire to learn new things
  • Is passionate about helping people and creating good customer experiences
  • Is comfortable talking on the phone
  • Can work from our office in Copenhagen
