The Sector seller is responsible for developing a sector-led sales strategy allowing Concentrix to address industries' unique needs and to create deals that align to the prospects' imperatives and solve their business problems. They achieve this though building a high profile within the sector/market through leadership and becoming a genuine 'person of interest'. They will develop a priority list of targets within a sector or market, and they will nurture these into leads and will then manage the opportunities from initial sales qualification, through pursuit to close. To achieve this, they will assemble and lead a strong multifunctional team for each deal, which utilizes enterprise solution support, practice area expertise and the development of productive relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at the potential new clients. This is a strategic, individual contributor role who brings to bear the best of sales at Concentrix, within a high-culture team environment, that positively encourages growth and development.
Concentrix is looking for a Director, Account Management, to drive the success and growth of existing strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for delivering on account revenue and gross margin targets as well as overall client satisfaction and driving innovation and continuous improvement in partnership with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environment.
Expected key activities include building relationships with client executive stakeholders including the C-suite, owning the client strategy/account plan, building and growing account relationships, overall operational performance and client satisfaction, and growing revenue/margin with the client. The focus of this role is on the sale and delivery of outsourced customer experience solutions including contact center solutions as well as software, analytics and other services, in order to drive better customer experiences and positive outcomes for the client.
The ideal candidate will also bring both a successful track-record in contact center sales selling outcome-based solutions as well as experience providing digital customer engagement solutions or have deep knowledge and sales experience in the automotive sector, possibly in field sales. Successful candidates will be able to build strong relationships within existing and new partners, as well as understand where the client needs intersect with Concentrix capabilities across all business lines.
