What the role looks like:

• Host client meetings and use best practices to help companies grow their businesses.
• Be a subject matter expert on the client's advertising platform, features, and available enhancements and thus their trusted advisor for business growth.
• You will deliver campaign setup and optimization recommendations and monitor active client campaigns.
• Achieve specific targets and maximize sale opportunities on each call.
• Maintain sales pipeline accuracy and track client campaign ROI, using customer management system (CRM).
• The working hours for this role are Mon – Fr / 10:00 – 19:00 (Wed-Thu onsite)

Your profile:

• Fluent level of French – written and spoken.
• Fluent level of English – written and spoken.
• Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred.
• Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience working with CRM or similar will be an advantage.
