What you will do in this role. As a Customer Support Specialist with French & English – Remote on our team, you will:

  • Assist buyers with the purchased products.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on using the purchased products.
  • Answer buyers inquiries and troubleshoot any technical or operational issues.

Your qualifications. Concentrix is a great match if you have:

  • French proficiency (C1) & medium English (B2) level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Minimum 6 months previous experience in a BPO industry.
