Location: Robina, QLD (next to Robina Town Centre)

Start date & Hours: Feb 09, 2026. Monday–Friday, 7AM–7PM (rotating roster)

Pay: $28.12/hr + 12% super + penalties

Training: 4 weeks of paid, hands-on learning

Onsite Role | Permanent Full-time Employment

• Provide outstanding service to members across phone, chat, and email

• Listen with empathy and offer tailored solutions

• Navigate multiple systems to resolve enquiries accurately

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction
