As a Customer Representative and Sales, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the entire guest journey, from booking to post-cruise follow-up
• Assist customers and travel agents with cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Offer detailed information about destinations, itineraries, ships, onboard services, excursions, and travel requirements
• Drive sales by promoting cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard experiences to new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cruise options, upgrades, and add-on services (excursions, drink packages, cabins, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents to encourage repeat business
• Present promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue opportunities
• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience

• Are fluent in Danish (C1), both spoken and written and have a good level of English
• Have previous experience in customer service and/or sales, hospitality, travel, or tourism (cruise experience is a plus)
• Are comfortable using multiple systems and have strong computer skills
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Have strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Are able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Show flexibility with schedules, including weekends or holidays if required
