B2B Account Executive (Dutch Speaker)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to join our team within a dynamic IT Sales environment. You'll engage with high-level stakeholders across various channels, utilizing a consultative approach to help them achieve their business goals and foster long-term client success. What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for your business portfolio.
- Cultivate and expand both existing and new client relationships to increase revenue in strategic product areas.
- Meet specific sales targets and capitalize on sales opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing sector.
- Engage in online meetings to establish and maintain business communication with clients.
- Apply a consultative approach to identify client goals and provide tailored optimization advice.
- Educate clients on leveraging opportunities, translating their objectives into actionable strategies.
- Act as the primary contact for clients in your portfolio, delivering effective recommendations and solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, best practices, benchmarks, and procedures.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00. We offer fully remote and hybrid work options.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch and English - both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales or customer support.
- Ability to drive a value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Marketing experience would be considered as an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and motivation to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere.
- Experience with CRM systems or similar software.
