HR Service Delivery Specialist
We are looking for an HR Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska.
As an HR Service Delivery Specialist, reporting to the Manager of HR Service Delivery, you'll support employees, managers, and HR partners by providing guidance on HR systems (like Workday and Guardian) and processes. You'll help administer HR programs, ensure data accuracy, assist with system testing, and process payroll—all while delivering responsive, high-quality service through phone and case management channels.
What you'll do:
- Respond to inquiries from employees, HR Partners, and Managers through various channels and document interactions within the case management system.
- Support HR Partners and Managers in completing HR-related transactions and business processes in Workday, including hires, job changes, and terminations.
- Assist employees with navigating self-service functionality in Workday.
- Analyze Workday transaction and business process issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Complete mass updates within Workday.
- Participate in testing modifications and updates to the Workday system.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data by conducting audits and performing corrective actions.
- Provide system and process support for the Guardian I-9 system.
- Complete I-9s for Corporate new hires.
- Oversee pre-employment screening activities for both hourly and salaried workforce.
- Administer HR programs such as tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and military leave.
- Process weekly payroll for hourly US employees.
- Identify, propose, document, and implement ongoing process improvements.
- Collaborate within a team, sharing ideas, ownership, and accountability to enhance and standardize HR processes.
What you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR-related field.
- Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Customer service, call center, or HR Shared Services experience.
- Spanish language skills.
Hybrid remote/in-office schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Pay Range: $49,000-$65,000
