We're looking for a Customer Service and Quoting Representative who can be the heartbeat of customer relationships and the glue between sales, operations, and production. In this role, you won't just answer calls-you'll drive projects forward, ensure precision at every step, and play a critical role in our growth.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to partner for customers and outside sales reps-earning their trust and delivering results.
  • Create and manage accurate, timely bids and proposals that set us apart.
  • Coordinate project launches, from sales orders and BOMs to documentation and delivery.
  • Dig into material needs using MRP systems and issue smart purchasing requests.
  • Prepare detailed quote data, assess material usage, and tackle RFQs with confidence.
  • Keep deliveries on track and communicate proactively about requirements and updates.
  • Maintain organized, accessible customer records that make you look like a rock star.
  • Track and report on bookings, shipments, and account activity-helping us stay sharp.
  • Act as the connector between customers and internal teams-production, accounting, and beyond.
  • Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and keep customers happy.
  • Provide clear, timely account updates that build confidence and trust.
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites to strengthen relationships and showcase our commitment.

What You Bring

  • A customer-first mindset backed by strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Serious organizational chops and attention to detail (your checklists probably have checklists).
  • Experience with ERP systems and cost analysis (a plus).
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • A proactive approach-if there's a problem, you're already halfway to solving it.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An Associate's Degree and 3+ years of related electronics sales experience-or an equivalent combo of education and experience.
