Your tasks:

• Support our (Senior) HR Business Partners in daily operations and ongoing projects
• Work closely with various HR interfaces such as Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, or our HR Center of Excellence
• Take on your own task packages – from research and data analysis to the creation of presentation materials
• Assist in the content preparation of strategic HR topics around leadership, change management, or organizational development
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of internal HR projects – particularly in talent and performance management

Your profile:

• You are studying (Business) Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or a comparable field
• You have already gained initial practical experience in the HR field (e.g., through internships or part-time jobs)
• You work in a structured manner, can quickly adapt to new topics, and keep an overview even with changing priorities
• You are interested in modern HR topics and enjoy working in a team and taking on responsibility and further development
• You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking as well as a confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
