Your Role:
Trusted Partnership: You will act as HR-Finance expert and a trusted partner for our HR management, forming a key interface between HR and finance. You will regularly report to the executive board.
Budget Management: You will be responsible for creating and monitoring the group-wide personnel budget as well as the financial plans of the global HR organization and contribute significantly to long-term business development.
Performance Analysis: You will prepare essential personnel and HR KPIs monthly for HR management and the executive board, analyze financial performance, and provide sound recommendations for optimizing business processes, costs, and organizational structure.
Risk Management: You will identify potential risks and opportunities in the personnel area and develop corresponding measures to minimize risks and enhance performance.
Data Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality of HR data and their correct cost and value flows is particularly important to you. You actively shape HR processes and are responsible for key interfaces between HR and finance processes.
What You Bring:
Academic Background: You have successfully completed your studies in finance, controlling, or accounting or bring comparable qualifications.
Professional Experience: Several years of experience in corporate finance, preferably with a focus on controlling.
Industry Experience: Initial experience in the healthcare sector and knowledge of HR processes are beneficial.
Analytical Skills: You are characterized by analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Communication Skills: Your hands-on mentality is demonstrated in collaboration with your colleagues, and you have strong communication skills in German and English.
