What You Will Do:

• You are responsible for the design and implementation of new software components for the complex web development of our Java-based medical information system with the Spring and Quarkus frameworks.
• You fully secure your results through unit testing and defensive programming techniques.
• You are responsible for all basic tests and documentation for developers using Jira and Confluence.
• Your good understanding of the Agile mindset is the basis for supporting the backend development and working in international teams.

What You Will Bring:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Java 8+.
• A good knowledge of UML, OOP, RESTful Webservices & APIs, Swagger, OpenAPI, SQL, JUnit, and Mockito is necessary.
• Experience with Spring Framework, ActiveMQ, JPA/Hibernate, JSON, XML, databases (PostgreSQL & Mongo), and ElasticSearch can be considered a plus.
• If you have worked in healthcare or related fields, this will be an advantage.
• Your reliability and ability to self-correct are part of your strengths.
• Your ability to work in a team and your very good communication and writing skills in English (C1) complete your profile. Please submit your CV in English.
