CompuGroup Medical Italia Group (CGM Italia Group) is part of CompuGroup Medical SE, a multinational in electronic health care, a world leader. In Italy, it provides software solutions and services for primary care physicians, pharmacies, dentists, and specialist doctors, as well as for public administrations and patients. The main distribution of the solutions developed by CGM Italia Group occurs in Italy, but its products are customized to be sold abroad as well.
For the Division of Dentists/Polyclinics/Specialist Doctors in the Northeast regions, we are looking for:
Sales Professional
The role has as its fundamental mission the development of new customers and the sale of the product mix, software, hardware, and services indicated by the company in the assigned area. It also includes the management of existing customers, to whom an high level of service is offered and innovative solutions that are gradually introduced on the market are proposed;
Responsibilities:
- Achieving assigned sales targets;
- Management of outbound activities: cold calling, cold email, physical and virtual events, and other prospecting methods to generate new business in your area of competence;
- Management of commercial opportunities with presentations and demos of our products to potential customers;
- Management and ownership of the commercial negotiation;
- Updating activities on reporting and CRM tools;
- Development and promotion of brand awareness in the assigned territory on the products of the Division Dentists/Polyclinics/Specialist Doctors;
- Careful, accurate, and methodical planning of visits and clients to whom commercial proposals are made in order to maximize sales results and customer satisfaction;
- Teamwork and close collaboration with other sales channels and the support team;
- Compliance with all company policies and the use of available tools to ensure that the process of identifying opportunities and their evaluation takes place in a transparent manner.
Skills and experiences required:
- Diploma or at least three-year degree;
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
- Ability to work under stress and for objectives;
- At least two years of experience in sales or in direct customer relationship, in structured contexts, where planning and analysis are the drivers of the field activity;
- Knowledge of prospecting and networking methods in the medical/healthcare world is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong personality, determination, and relational skills (teamwork);
- Good knowledge of the English language and the office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
