Your role:

• You will answer incoming calls, systematically record and process support requests, prioritizing them based on urgency. You will activate on-call duty as needed.
• You will document all processed requests in detail for 2nd level support and assist with customer requests and complaints.
• You will independently perform initial diagnoses of reported issues and assist in their resolution.
• You will reliably support our customers in our Customer World and CGM Portal.
• You will share your knowledge and train new colleagues.

What you bring:

• You have a completed commercial or medical education, such as a business management or medical assistant, and have experience in customer service.
• Cross-industry professionals with IT background are also welcome.
• You are interested in IT and have good knowledge of common MS Office applications.
• You are open to new fields and enjoy working in a team.
• You have fluent German language skills for communication with our customers.
• A customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills complete your profile.
