Junior Sales Process & Systems Specialist (m/w/d)

Your contribution:

• You analyze and document our sales processes, translating them into understandable process flow diagrams and clear manuals.
• You support the standardization and optimization of sales operations – together with sales, operations, and management.
• You get to know the SAP Sales Cloud and CPQ from scratch, become an internal contact person, and accompany configuration and rollout projects.
• You create training materials and support our teams in the change management for new systems and processes.
• You actively coordinate with stakeholders: capturing requirements, translating them into the system, and communicating them clearly.

What you bring with you:

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., sales operations, CRM administration, or business analysis).
• First contact with CRM or ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Enjoyment of process optimization, structured work, and the pleasure of documenting processes clearly.
• Strong communication skills in German; English skills for international cooperation.
• Independent working style and curiosity to delve into new topics.
