Your contribution:

• You install and configure new IT hardware and software (pharmacy inventory management systems) for our clients.
• You build a standards-defined IT system infrastructure in pharmacies and perform repairs on already installed components.
• You document your meticulous and customer-oriented work in a traceable and complete manner.
• In telephone contact with our clients, you answer questions and identify possible sources of error.

What you bring with you:

• You have a completed IT training, e.g. as a system integration specialist (m/w/d), service technician (m/w/d), IT system administrator (m/w/d), network administrator (m/w/d) or an equivalent qualification.
• You have at least two years of relevant professional experience.
• You react flexibly to spontaneous changes and maintain an overview in high workload situations.
• You have very good German language skills for communication with our clients.
• You have a driver's license class B.
